President: Kris Rides

Kris is a co-founder and CEO of Tiro Security (www.tirosec.com) an information security staffing, penetration testing, and consulting company based in Los Angeles. He has been a member of the CSA for many years. He former held the role of Director of Meeting Organization, Membership and Special Projects.  He also serves as an advisory board member to Cyber Watch West, a nonprofit funded by the National Science Foundation to promote Cyber Security within the state educational system. Vice-President: Victor Monga

Victor is Chief Security Researcher at Virtually Testing. He is the co-founder of a nonprofit organization. He is working as a senior network security specialist for a Hi-Tech company based out of Palo Alto, California. His role is to work with enterprise-level companies to understand, prioritize and solve cybersecurity challenges. His whiteboarding sessions and networking diagrams are exceptionally recognized globally. He has been an individual contributor and a team member of a lot of critical projects. He is determined to make digital real estate a safer place for everyone and calls himself “janitor of network packets”. He holds a bachelor in computer science and a bachelor’s in business administration. He is a certified paralegal. Director of Finance: Kenny Totrakarn

Kenny is the Disaster Recovery Lead for UCLA Health.  Kenny joined UCLA over a year ago and works across infrastructure and application teams to build DR capabilities for critical services and functions which support patient care and safety.  He also is leading the build-out of an additional data center for DR and is engaged in cloud solutions.  Prior to joining UCLA Health,  Kenny was a Manager within the Security Practice at Accenture for over six years.   He has a B.S. in Business from Indiana University at Bloomington and has the CBCP and PMP certifications. Kenny joined CSA over a year ago and will be responsible for building and managing our chapter fund by seeking out sponsors to cover chapter costs and fund initiatives.  He will also establish guidelines for vendor fees and manage the dispersing of chapter funds for agreed upon uses.
